Want to loose weight ?

New year is around the corner. Often, one of the most common resolutions that people make every year is to shade pounds off their body to look fit. Excellent. It's a positive purpose to regain shape and feel better but time spent on the treadmill alone will not help you reach this goal for long time since exercised body without a determined mind is akin to a rebuilt car with novice driver. If you understand that mind can do miracles, if you believe that things happens with thoughts then you will find this essential clue for the happy, fulfilling life. As much your body needs exercise , mind needs food of positivity since positive mind can guide your actions filled with incessant desire and passion to engage your daily life in pursuit of a definite goal which we call dream.

A woman, Nancy Makin, recently lost 500 pounds and credited all of that to strangers on the internet who made her believe in herself, filled her days on the blogs with positive, uplifting exchange of thoughts to inspire her and to find a purpose driven burning desire to change herself. What happened to her is awesome but underlying principle is ancient. We all have two forms of imagination - synthetic and creative. Synthetic imagination is being built on life experiences and often remains passive. It is through creative imagination that one gets vibrations of minds of other people like the blog community that she was part of. it's thorough creative imagination that she received definite road map or intelligence to change her life not just her appearance. Through this faculty of creative imagination that her subconscious mind got ignited and the rest is the history which you can read on the Yahoo portal.

So, next time when you make a new year resolution to look healthy and feel happy, remember this mantra that "thoughts are things" and as famous writer of past century brilliantly summarized in his book "think and grow rich" - "Whatever your mind can conceive and believe it can achieve".
